Job Introduction
We are seeking a Commercial Lead to drive the sales, expansion, and ongoing development of EZ Analytics. This role will focus on:
- Selling and promoting the platform to NHS stakeholders.
- Managing relationships with existing customers, ensuring contract retention and satisfaction.
- Gathering customer feedback and working with internal teams to improve the product.
- Supporting wider business development initiatives, including bids and market analysis.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong sales ability, commercial awareness, and knowledge of NHS primary care structures.
- Lead the expansion of a growing analytics platform that is shaping primary care services.
- Work directly with NHS decision-makers, influencing how data is used in population health management.
- Be part of a dynamic Business Development Team, with opportunities to contribute beyond sales.
Role Responsibility
Key duties will include:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for EZ Analytics, targeting PCNs, ICBs, GP Federations, and NHS service providers.
- Engage decision-makers, presenting EZ Analytics as a solution to key NHS challenges.
- Build a strong pipeline, identifying opportunities for new contracts and service expansions.
- Tailor value propositions to align with NHS funding mechanisms and commissioning priorities.
- Lead product demonstrations, showing how EZ Analytics supports population health management and service planning.
Account Management & Customer Engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing EZ Analytics customers, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews, identifying opportunities for contract renewal and expansion.
- Address any barriers to adoption and provide training/support to users.
Customer Feedback & Product Improvement
- Gather insights from customers on platform performance, usability, and feature requests.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Product Leads to ensure customer needs shape future development.
- Stay informed about NHS policy changes and commissioning trends to keep EZ Analytics relevant and competitive.
Business Development Support
- Provide commercial input into NHS bids and tenders where data analytics is a key component.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Bid Manager and Business Development Director to support broader strategic initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate

- Proven sales and business development experience, ideally in health technology or NHS services.
- Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with GP Practices, PCNs, GP Federations, and ICBs.
- Understanding of NHS structures, funding, and commissioning processes.
- Ability to create compelling value propositions and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Commercial acumen, with a focus on revenue growth, contract management, and retention.
- Experience in account management and customer engagement, ensuring ongoing adoption and satisfaction.
- A passion for data-driven healthcare transformation.
