Role Responsibility
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
- The Director of Transformation (DoT) is accountable for the comprehensive process of optimizing Operose Health’s operational strategy, focusing on accelerating growth, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring Operose Health remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market
- The DoT will guide the organization through significant changes in its business model, technology adoption, and corporate culture. By steering these transformative initiatives, the DoT will align the company’s operations with future objectives, ensuring sustainability and improved performance.
The Ideal Candidate
What we look for in new colleagues:
- Experience of working at a senior level within a large complex organisation.
- Experience of developing delivery plans and focussed solutions to support organisational priorities.
- Experience of managing and leading mergers, acquisitions and contractual led changes within a health care setting.
- Successful track record of managing change in a complex environment.
- Experience of developing and utilising key frameworks for programme and change management.
- Proven track record of managing, modelling and developing services.
- Demonstrable experience in large scale change and encouraging new ways of working.
