Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

Role Responsibility

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • Establishing quality metrics, benchmarks and performance indicators to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance and governance programs and framework documentation. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements and best practice in healthcare quality assurance and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • As a Governance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of governance structures within the organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and recording policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice. Working closely with the team and various stakeholders, you will facilitate communication, decision-making and accountability including Internal Inspection scheduled attendance and responses.

The Ideal Candidate

What we look for in new colleagues:

  • Knowledge of Governance processes is an advantage but not essential.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge essential. 
  • Experience in corporate governance, compliance, or related fields, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance principles, regulatory requirements and industry standards preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships.
  • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
