Role Responsibility
Key duties will include:
- You will allocate work according to demand and ensuring team members are working to their competencies and you will be ensuring that KPIs are met in terms of the turnaround time targets as well as being proactive in recognising potential issues with the view of resolving them quickly.
- The Care Co-Ordinator will sift through the workflow to ensure that is all appropriate for the clinical team to undertake.
- The post holder will work closely with the social prescribers for any social issues that patients present with and they will also attend multidisciplinary meetings on a regular basis.
- You will carry out administrative duties on behalf of the clinical team.
The Ideal Candidate
Interested? What you will need to be considered:
- Experience of administrative duties.
- Experience of working with healthcare and pervious experience in the NHS or social care.
- Experience in use of GP clinical systems and knowledge/familiarity with medical terminology.
- Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of working with confidential information.
- Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment.
