England's leading Primary Care provider is searching for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the Recruitment Team as part of the wider HR function- £25,000 per annum with fantastic career development opportunities.
You will provide an end-to-end recruitment service to candidates and practices, ensuring the best positive experience. You will support the hiring managers in successfully onboarding new colleagues to the organisation, including non-clinical and clinical roles such as General Practitioners, Pharmacists and Nursing.
You will be the custodian of HR and recruitment compliance files, ensuring that the documents held and processed by the HR department either in hard-copy format or soft-copy format is done so in an accurate, timely and complete manner and in accordance with the prevailing laws on Data Protection.

Role Responsibility
Key duties will include:
- To deliver a professional recruitment service to candidates and employers.
- Support the recruitment process by posting approved adverts on relevant websites.
- Completing recruitment administrative tasks to onboard candidates into the organisation ensuring the promotion of good practice and compliance with relevant legislation and CQC.
- Working efficiently in order to meet KPI’s and Time to Hire targets.
- Following and adhering to Recruitment policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance documents in line with Group policies and processes, administering the Disclosure and Barring Service checks for new starters, checking Professional registrations (GMC/NMC) annually for all clinicians and chasing updated documents including indemnity certificates and work visas.
- Obtaining references and drafting offers of employment and contracts in accordance with the authorised forms.
- Manage the recruitment process on behalf of Hiring Managers, providing guidance in respect of the selection process.
- Effective communication with hiring managers and candidates, providing updates and advising on the recruitment process.
- Supporting the payroll department to ensure that new starters are processed efficiently.
- Use and management of HRIS and checking systems such as RefNow, DBS checking services.
The Ideal Candidate
Interested? What you will need to be considered:
- Previous recruitment onboarding and compliance experience.
- Previous experience within healthcare is welcomed, but not essential.
- Ideally, previous experience using iTrent.
- Proficient in the use of HR systems and MS software.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Must be able to work within policies and procedures.
- Ability to work within a team and wider colleagues.
- Willingness to learn with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
