Job Introduction
Strategy and Partnerships Coordinator
Home based (with occasional travel)
Salary: £40,000
Are you someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys making things happen, and wants to build a career in strategy, partnerships and healthcare development?
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Strategy & Partnerships Coordinator to support the delivery of growth, partnerships and merger activity across primary care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is curious, organised and ambitious - someone who enjoys getting stuck into new challenges, working across teams, and playing a real role in shaping the future of services.
About the role
You will work closely with the Director of Strategic Development & Partnerships to help ensure projects, partnership opportunities and merger activity are well organised, researched and progressed.
The role involves coordinating actions across teams, gathering information, preparing documentation, tracking opportunities and supporting engagement with external partners.
This role would suit someone who enjoys making things happen. You may currently be in a coordination, operational or project support role and looking for more exposure and an opportunity to grow.
We are particularly keen to hear from people who naturally take initiative, spot what needs doing and take pride in moving work forward.
You will gain insight into how organisations grow and evolve, while building skills that can support the further progression of your career.
If you are someone who wants to learn, contribute and make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
We are particularly keen to hear from people who:
- Are proactive and solutions-focused
- Enjoy taking ownership and following things through
- Can manage multiple priorities and stay organised
- Are curious, motivated and keen to learn
- Build strong working relationships and communicate confidently
- Want to grow and develop their career
Experience of working in or with primary care would be helpful, but it is not essential. We can support you to learn the sector - what matters most is your mindset, drive and values.
This role is for someone who is excited by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, develop new skills and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking organisation.
